binference.io.result_to_dict¶

binference.io.result_to_dict(result)[source]¶

Arrays and metadata of a result as a plain dictionary: what save_result() writes, with "meta" the JSON-compatible metadata and every other entry an array.

Engine statistics that are neither numbers, strings nor numeric arrays (e.g. lists of NUTS metrics) are left out and named in meta["info_dropped"].
